This in-person workshop takes place from 6pm on Thursday, October 15, 2026 and runs through until 4pm on Sunday, October 18, 2026. Check-in begins at 4pm on Thursday, October 15, 2026 and checkout will be by 11am on Sunday, October 18, 2026.

Please note that flights, transportation to and from the hotel, parking (if needed), breakfasts, dinners, meals outside of workshop hours, shoulder accommodations outside of check-in and check-out times, and any additional personal expenses are not included in your workshop fees. Lunch and light snacks will be provided during training days only. Participants are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of their own breakfasts, dinners, transportation, and any additional accommodations required before or after the workshop.

If you choose an installment plan, remaining payments are automatically charged every 30 days with the payment method used at time of purchase.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Due to hotel cancellation policies, we can only accept cancellations up to 60 days prior to the workshop start date.

If your cancellation is received before that date, you will be refunded the amount you have paid to date, minus a $500 administrative fee, within 10–14 days of your cancellation request. We cannot offer full refunds for in-person events.

No refunds will be provided for cancellations received within 60 days of the workshop start date.

Please do your best to ensure you are able to attend before registering, and provide us with as much notice as possible if you need to cancel.

While we have no plans to cancel or reschedule this workshop, circumstances beyond our control can occur. Since your travel to and from the workshop is your responsibility, we cannot offer financial support for flight or travel issues of any kind. If we choose to cancel the event, you will receive a full refund of workshop fees paid within 30 days.

You agree not to instigate a chargeback for any payment(s) you make toward your Hypnosis Workshop.
